I don't get it and I don't get it and I don't get it. This is so stupid, I can't even think of anything funny to say. How can that piece of shit website cost $18 million? How can there be such a price difference from state to state for the cost of those signs? Excuse me while I go scream.

Interesting economic proposal. But I believe your 'Standard web development provisions' fall $3 million short of actual expenses. Our estimate was conservative considering we are talking about web developers here. Those boys know how to throw a party.
